  1. Serve as the main point of contact for all technical inquiries and issues from customers.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing and resolving technical concerns.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and retention.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for business growth and provide technical support for sales efforts.
  5. Understand and stay updated on the latest developments in the semiconductor industry to effectively communicate technical information to customers.
  6. Conduct product trainings and presentations for customers to ensure their understanding and successful use of our products.
  7. Stay organized and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and communication.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product development, to address and resolve any technical issues.
  9. Proactively identify potential customer needs and provide recommendations for product improvements or new solutions.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline the customer support process to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Technical Field Such As Computer Science, Engineering, Or Information Systems.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Technical Customer Service Or Account Management Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Semiconductor Industry And Technology, Particularly In Memory And Storage Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Build Relationships With Both Internal Teams And External Clients.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Customer Accounts And Meeting Sales Targets.
