  1. Conduct yield analysis on semiconductor manufacturing processes to identify and resolve yield issues.
  2. Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends and patterns in production yields.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including process engineers and product engineers, to troubleshoot and resolve yield issues.
  4. Develop and implement yield improvement strategies to optimize production yields.
  5. Monitor and track yield metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous yield improvement initiatives.
  6. Analyze yield data to identify root causes of yield loss and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  7. Develop and maintain yield models to predict and improve future yields.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in yield analysis techniques to enhance processes and procedures.
  9. Train and mentor junior engineers on yield analysis techniques and best practices.
  10. Communicate yield data and analysis findings to stakeholders, including management and customers.
  11. Collaborate with equipment vendors to troubleshoot and resolve equipment-related yield issues.
  12. Participate in yield reviews and contribute to yield roadmap planning.
  13. Ensure compliance with company and industry standards and regulations related to yield analysis.
  14. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of yield analysis.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on yield analysis and provide guidance and support to other teams within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Yield Analysis For Semiconductor Manufacturing.

  • Proficient In Statistical Analysis And Data Interpretation.

  • Knowledge Of Yield Improvement Techniques And Process Control Methodologies.

  • Experience Using Yield Analysis Software And Tools Such As Jmp, Sql, And Python.
