- Conduct regular analysis of supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
- Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks within the supply chain, such as disruptions or delays.
- Continuously assess and improve processes to streamline supply chain operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement within the supply chain.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on supply chain performance and address any issues or concerns.
- Train and mentor team members on supply chain processes and procedures.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Semiconductor Or Technology Industry.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Innovative Solutions To Complex Supply Chain Challenges.
Proficiency In Supply Chain Planning And Optimization Tools, Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Kinaxis.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Supply Chain Strategies To Senior Management.
