  1. Develop and implement quality and reliability standards for SSD products, in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct thorough product testing and analysis to identify any potential quality or reliability issues, and work with cross-functional teams to address and resolve them.
  3. Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure that quality and reliability considerations are incorporated into the product development process.
  4. Monitor and track product performance and reliability data, and utilize this information to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous product enhancement.
  5. Develop and maintain quality control procedures and processes to ensure consistent and reliable product performance.
  6. Lead root cause analysis investigations for any quality or reliability issues, and provide recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and suppliers to ensure their processes and products meet Micron's quality and reliability standards.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in SSD technology, and utilize this knowledge to enhance Micron's quality and reliability processes.
  9. Communicate quality and reliability updates and issues to relevant stakeholders, including management, customers, and partners.
  10. Train and mentor team members on quality and reliability best practices, and ensure adherence to these practices throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Ssd Product Development Or Reliability Engineering.

  • Strong Understanding Of Ssd Architecture, Nand Flash Memory, And Storage Protocols (E.g. Sata, Nvme).

  • Experience With Reliability Testing And Failure Analysis Techniques For Ssds.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Technical Issues.
