- Maintain and troubleshoot advanced equipment used in the production of semiconductor devices.
- Utilize expertise in thin films equipment to ensure highest levels of quality and efficiency in manufacturing processes.
- Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify any potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement solutions for equipment-related issues.
- Keep accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and any other relevant data.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and developments in thin films technology to continuously improve processes.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Thin Films Equipment Technician In A Semiconductor Manufacturing Environment.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Various Thin Films Deposition Techniques, Such As Chemical Vapor Deposition (Cvd), Physical Vapor Deposition (Pvd), And Atomic Layer Deposition (Ald).
Proficient In Troubleshooting And Repairing Complex Thin Films Equipment, Including Experience With Vacuum Systems, Gas Delivery Systems, And Control Software.
Strong Understanding Of Semiconductor Processing And Cleanroom Protocols, Including Experience With Handling And Maintaining Sensitive Materials And Equipment.
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment To Meet Production Goals And Deadlines.
