  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage programs that support employee professional growth and development, including training and development initiatives, performance management processes, and career progression opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to improve employee engagement and retention.
  4. Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on HR and people-related matters.
  5. Monitor and analyze industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and update the people strategy.
  6. Develop and manage a budget for people strategy initiatives.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to HR and people practices.
  8. Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture through the implementation of initiatives and programs.
  9. Mentor and coach team members on program management best practices.
  10. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, to provide updates on progress and challenges.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support the people strategy.
  12. Utilize data-driven insights to make strategic decisions and measure the success of people strategy initiatives.
  13. Handle any issues or concerns related to the people strategy in a timely and effective manner.
  14. Collaborate with HR and other teams to ensure a seamless and positive employee experience.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the people strategy, making recommendations for changes and updates as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Developing And Implementing Strategic Plans For Human Resources And Talent Management Within A Large Organization.

  • Proven Track Record Of Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Industry Best Practices And Trends In Areas Such As Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, And Employee Engagement.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Advanced Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field, With A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Hr Leadership Roles.
