Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Thin Film Development And Manufacturing, Preferably In The Semiconductor Industry.
Extensive Knowledge Of Thin Film Deposition Techniques Such As Cvd, Pvd, And Ald.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team Of Engineers And Technicians.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Management And Driving Continuous Improvement In Thin Film Processes.
Bachelor's Degree In Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Or A Related Field. Advanced Degree Preferred.
