Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Thin Film Development And Manufacturing, Preferably In The Semiconductor Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Thin Film Deposition Techniques Such As Cvd, Pvd, And Ald.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team Of Engineers And Technicians.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Management And Driving Continuous Improvement In Thin Film Processes.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Or A Related Field. Advanced Degree Preferred.
