  1. Develop and implement product engineering strategy for computer products, in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and continuous growth.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and manufacturing, to drive product development and ensure timely and successful product launches.
  4. Oversee the entire product engineering process, from concept to launch, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in computer technology to inform product development and maintain a competitive edge.
  6. Identify and mitigate potential technical risks and issues, ensuring the smooth execution of product development.

  8. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry experts.
  9. Monitor and analyze product performance, gathering insights to inform future development and enhancements.

  12. Collaborate with HR to identify and recruit top talent for the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Product Engineering, Preferably In The Semiconductor Industry.

  • Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills, With Proven Experience In Managing A Team Of Engineers.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Computer Product Development Lifecycle And Experience With Product Validation And Testing.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Various Teams And Stakeholders.
