- Oversee the operation and maintenance of ultra-pure water (UPW) and waste water treatment (WWT) systems across multiple global facilities.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the seamless operation and efficiency of critical facilities.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute facility upgrades and expansions.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on UPW and WWT systems.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation for UPW and WWT systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to UPW and WWT systems.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including management, to provide updates on system performance and any potential risks.
- Stay current with industry developments, advancements, and best practices related to UPW and WWT systems.
- Participate in emergency response and crisis management activities as needed.
- Maintain a strong focus on cost control and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Proactively identify and mitigate any potential risks to the operation of critical facilities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Or Chemical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In A Facilities Engineering Role, With A Focus On Ultra-Pure Water (Upw) And Wastewater Treatment (Wwt) Systems.
Strong Understanding Of Global Facilities Standards And Regulations, Including Osha, Epa, And Local Building Codes.
Proven Experience In Designing, Troubleshooting, And Maintaining Upw And Wwt Systems In A High-Tech Manufacturing Environment.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
