  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize financial operations and drive productivity across the organization.
  2. Lead and manage a team responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to drive financial transformation initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  4. Analyze financial data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable recommendations.
  5. Monitor and report on the progress and success of transformation projects, including cost savings and efficiency gains.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive collaboration and ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
  7. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve financial processes and drive innovation.
  8. Provide strategic guidance and support to senior leadership on financial productivity and transformation initiatives.
  9. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support the company's growth and profitability goals.
  10. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Financial Management: A Sr Director, Finance Productivity & Transformation At Micron Technology Should Have A Strong Background In Financial Management, With At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Leading Financial Planning And Analysis, Budgeting, And Forecasting Processes.

  • Strategic Thinking And Leadership Skills: This Role Requires A Leader Who Can Think Strategically And Develop Long-Term Plans To Drive Financial Productivity And Transformation. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Demonstrated Track Record Of Successfully Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Driving Change Within An Organization.
