- Develop, modify, and improve state-of-the-art process equipment to meet the needs of Micron Technology.
- Lead and collaborate with a team of engineers to drive innovation and push the boundaries of technology.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process equipment optimization and improvement.
- Design and implement equipment upgrades and modifications to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain smooth operations.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for equipment operation and maintenance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and trends to ensure Micron remains at the forefront of technology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Maintain documentation and records of equipment performance and maintenance activities.
- Train and mentor junior engineers on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
- Take ownership of projects and drive them to completion within given timelines and budgets.
- Communicate effectively with team members, superiors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of projects.
- Continuously learn and improve skills and knowledge in the field of engineering and technology.
- Represent Micron Technology as a leader in the semiconductor industry and maintain a positive and professional image.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Process Equipment Engineering In The Semiconductor Industry.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Semiconductor Manufacturing Processes, Including Lithography, Etch, Deposition, And Metrology.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Designing And Implementing Process Equipment Improvements To Increase Yield, Efficiency, And Reliability.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Equipment Issues.
