  9. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline validation procedures.
  10. Adhere to company and industry standards and regulations during validation processes.
  11. Collaborate with product development teams to ensure products meet design requirements.
  12. Participate in product design reviews to provide input from a validation perspective.
  13. Represent the company in external meetings and conferences related to SSD validation.
  14. Continuously monitor and analyze validation data to identify opportunities for product and process improvements.
  15. Take ownership of the validation process and ensure timely and accurate completion of all validation tasks.
  16. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to validate components and materials used in SSD products.
  17. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure product quality and reliability.
  18. Stay updated on competitor products and provide insights for product development and validation.
  19. Adhere to company safety standards and protocols while conducting validation experiments and tests.
  20. Proactively identify and address potential issues or risks that may impact product quality or performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Ssd Validation: The Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Validating Ssd Products, Including Knowledge Of Industry Standards, Protocols, And Testing Methodologies.

  • Strong Understanding Of Storage Technologies: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Storage Technologies Such As Nand Flash, Pcie, Nvme, Sata, Sas, Etc. And How They Impact Ssd Performance And Reliability.

  • Proficiency In Validation Tools And Scripting Languages: The Candidate Should Be Proficient In Using Validation Tools Such As Iometer, Crystaldiskmark, Etc. And Scripting Languages Such As Python, C++, Etc. To Automate Testing Processes.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Troubleshooting And Resolving Complex Technical Issues Related To Ssd Validation, Including Understanding Root Causes And Providing Effective Solutions.

  • Team Player And Strong Communication Skills: The Candidate Should Be Able To Work Effectively In A Team Environment And Communicate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Engineers, Designers, And Product Managers, To Ensure Timely And Successful Product Validation.
