Are you a passionate and experienced Quality Engineer looking for a new challenge? Micron Technology is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.   1. Develop and maintain quality control processes and procedures to ensure the reliability and performance of Micron Technology products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential quality issues and implement solutions to prevent or resolve them.
  3. Conduct thorough product testing and analysis to identify any areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes to enhance product quality.
  4. Lead investigations into product failures and work to develop root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  5. Monitor and track quality metrics and provide regular reports to management, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  6. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in quality engineering, and implement new techniques and tools as needed.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of materials and components used in Micron products.
  8. Participate in product design and development meetings to provide input and ensure quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.
  9. Train and mentor junior quality engineers and other team members on quality control processes and procedures.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on quality engineering and provide guidance and support to other departments within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Quality Engineering In A Semiconductor Manufacturing Environment

  • Strong Knowledge Of Quality Management Systems, Such As Iso 9001 And Six Sigma

  • Experience With Statistical Process Control And Data Analysis Tools, Such As Jmp Or Minitab

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
