- Ensure the efficient operation of CMP equipment by conducting regular maintenance and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Continuously monitor and analyze equipment performance to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new processes and procedures for CMP equipment.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on proper equipment operation and maintenance.
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in CMP technology to provide recommendations for equipment upgrades and improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation and records related to equipment maintenance, repairs, and performance.
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to source and procure necessary materials and parts for CMP equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols when working with CMP equipment.
- Communicate regularly with team members and superiors to provide updates on equipment status and performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical support to other departments as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Cmp Equipment Engineering, Preferably In The Semiconductor Industry.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Cmp Equipment, Including Troubleshooting, Maintenance, And Process Optimization.
Strong Technical And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Equipment And Process Issues.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Mentor Junior Engineers.
