  1. Lead and manage a team of analog design engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure successful project execution.
  2. Drive the development and implementation of new analog design techniques and methodologies to enhance product performance and meet industry standards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, system engineering, and manufacturing to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects.
  4. Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of analog circuits and systems, identifying potential areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
  5. Develop and maintain design specifications, design verification plans, and product documentation.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in analog design, and implement best practices to maintain Micron's position as a leader in the semiconductor industry.
  7. Lead the design and verification of complex analog circuits and systems, ensuring they meet performance, power, and area requirements.
  8. Conduct design reviews, providing valuable feedback and recommendations to ensure high-quality design and adherence to project timelines.
  9. Identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues during the design process, and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
  10. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to integrate new technologies and components into Micron's analog designs.
  11. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, promoting knowledge sharing and encouraging innovation.
  12. Act as a technical subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to other engineers and team members.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.
  14. Represent Micron Technology at industry conferences and events, showcasing our innovation and expertise in analog design.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Analog Circuit Design: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Analog Circuit Design, With A Proven Track Record Of Successful Designs.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Semiconductor Industry Standards And Trends: In Order To Lead A Team Of Analog Designers, The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Industry Standards, Emerging Technologies, And Market Trends Related To Analog Design.

  • Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Senior Analog Design Lead, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Designers And Overseeing Multiple Projects. Therefore, Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Familiarity With Industry Tools And Software: The Candidate Should Be Well-Versed In The Use Of Industry-Standard Tools And Software For Analog Design, Such As Cadence, Synopsys, And Mentor Graphics.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Abilities: As A Senior Member Of The Design Team, The Candidate Will Be Expected To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Other Design Teams, Product Engineering, And Test Engineering.
