  1. Prepare and review financial statements and disclosures in compliance with SEC regulations and GAAP principles.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data for SEC filings.
  3. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information by performing thorough reviews and reconciliations.
  4. Stay up-to-date with changes in SEC regulations and communicate updates to the team.
  5. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in financial reporting.
  6. Provide support for external audits and quarterly reviews.
  7. Assist in the preparation of financial data for quarterly and annual reports.
  8. Maintain documentation and support for all financial reporting processes.
  9. Participate in the implementation of new accounting standards and processes.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members, as needed.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve financial reporting procedures and practices.
  12. Adhere to strict deadlines and ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding financial reporting status and any potential issues.
  14. Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests as needed.
  15. Uphold the company's values and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
