- Oversee the maintenance and operations of all facilities in the designated region, ensuring they are safe, efficient, and well-maintained.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for facilities management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any facility-related issues, and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Manage and supervise a team of facilities staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and contractors for facility-related services and projects.
- Monitor and control facility-related costs, and identify opportunities for cost-saving measures.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to drive continuous improvement in facility operations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in facilities management, and make recommendations for implementation as appropriate.
- Act as a liaison between the company and local authorities for any facility-related matters.
- Coordinate and oversee facility-related projects and renovations, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility management, including maintenance schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Ensure all facilities are in compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability initiatives.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the facilities team and across the organization.
- Embody the company's values and mission, and act as a positive representative of Micron Technology.
Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Technology Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems, Including Hvac, Electrical, And Plumbing.
Experience Managing A Team And Overseeing Multiple Facilities In A Regional Or Multi-Site Environment.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Vendors.
