  • Develop and optimize RDA processes to meet quality and efficiency goals
  • Conduct experiments and analyze data to identify areas for process improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve process issues
  • Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure proper functionality and efficiency
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures for RDA processes
  • Train and mentor junior engineers on RDA processes and best practices
  • Stay updated on industry developments and integrate new technologies into RDA processes
  • Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
  • Communicate regularly with management on process performance and any potential risks or concerns
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Semiconductor Process Engineering, Specifically In Rda (Resistive Deep Access) Technology.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Semiconductor Manufacturing Processes, Equipment, And Materials.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Optimize Rda Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Lead Projects To Successful Completion.
