- Develop and optimize RDA processes to meet quality and efficiency goals
- Conduct experiments and analyze data to identify areas for process improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve process issues
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure proper functionality and efficiency
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures for RDA processes
- Train and mentor junior engineers on RDA processes and best practices
- Stay updated on industry developments and integrate new technologies into RDA processes
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Communicate regularly with management on process performance and any potential risks or concerns
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance regulations.
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Semiconductor Process Engineering, Specifically In Rda (Resistive Deep Access) Technology.
Extensive Knowledge Of Semiconductor Manufacturing Processes, Equipment, And Materials.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Optimize Rda Processes.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Lead Projects To Successful Completion.
