Program Manager, Supplier Diversity

Are you an experienced Program Manager looking to drive Supplier Diversity initiatives at Micron Technology? You will collaborate with internal and external partners to identify, develop and manage supplier diversity opportunities to ensure the organization is meeting its supplier diversity goals.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, and previous experience in supplier diversity and/or supplier management. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a passion for driving diversity initiatives. Responsibilities:

1. Lead strategic development and implementation of supplier diversity and engagement programs across all Micron sites.
2. Identify, develop, and manage supplier diversity opportunities to meet supplier diversity goals.
3. Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure the organization is meeting its supplier diversity goals.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
5. Monitor and track supplier diversity progress, develop reports and recommend solutions based on findings.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
7. Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on progress of supplier diversity initiatives.
8. Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on supplier diversity strategy.
9. Analyze data and identify trends in supplier diversity program performance.
10. Develop and implement strategies to enhance supplier diversity initiatives.
