  1. Conduct thorough and rigorous quality inspections and tests on all products, utilizing established procedures and protocols.
  2. Identify and analyze any defects or issues with products, and work with cross-functional teams to determine root causes and implement effective solutions.
  3. Develop and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures, continuously seeking ways to improve and streamline processes.
  4. Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure products are designed to meet quality and reliability standards.
  5. Utilize statistical analysis and quality control tools to monitor and track product quality data and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Communicate and report on product quality metrics to management and other relevant stakeholders.
  7. Investigate and respond to customer complaints or concerns related to product quality, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  8. Participate in product development activities, providing input and recommendations to ensure quality and reliability are considered from the beginning.
  9. Conduct regular audits of production processes and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  10. Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to product quality and make recommendations for compliance.
  11. Train and mentor other team members on quality processes and procedures.
  12. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Product Quality Engineering.

  • Experience In Semiconductor Industry And Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations.

  • Familiarity With Statistical Analysis Tools And Methodologies.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With A Focus On Root Cause Analysis And Corrective Action Implementation.
