
Process Automation Program Manager - Procurement

- Develop and implement process automation strategies and initiatives to improve procurement operations and streamline processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and drive implementation.
- Manage and lead a team of automation specialists to ensure successful execution of automation projects.
- Monitor and track progress of automation projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with automation projects, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing automation processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in process automation, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on automation projects and gather feedback.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of automation solutions.
- Train and mentor team members on process automation tools and techniques.
- Prepare and present reports on automation progress, performance, and ROI to senior management.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure integration of automation solutions with existing systems.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the procurement team.
- Act as a subject matter expert on process automation, providing guidance and support to other team members.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Supply Chain Management, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Or Program Management Role.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Process Automation Technologies And Tools, Such As Robotic Process Automation (Rpa) And Artificial Intelligence (Ai).
Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Manage Cross-Functional Teams And Deliver Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels And Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Audiences.
