  1. Develop and execute validation plans for Micron's SSD products to ensure high quality and reliability.
  2. Lead a team of engineers to design, implement, and execute advanced validation tests.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot issues during the SSD development process.
  4. Utilize industry best practices and standards to continuously improve and optimize the validation process.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest SSD technologies and trends to drive innovation in product development.
  6. Conduct thorough analysis of validation data and provide detailed reports to management.
  7. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the validation process.
  8. Mentor and train team members on SSD validation techniques and processes.
  9. Ensure compliance with all company and industry regulations and standards.
  10. Participate in design reviews and provide input to improve product performance and reliability.
  11. Manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments to provide updates on validation progress and address any issues.
  13. Participate in the development of new validation methodologies and tools.
  14. Represent Micron Technology at industry events and conferences as a subject matter expert in SSD validation and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Ssd Validation, Including Test Development And Execution.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Ssd Architectures, Nand Flash Memory, And Storage Protocols (Sata, Nvme, Etc.).

  • Previous Experience Leading A Team Of Engineers And Managing Complex Projects.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot Issues At The System Level.
