  1. Develop and execute comprehensive firmware validation plans for Solid State Drive (SSD) products, ensuring the highest level of quality and reliability.
  2. Utilize your extensive knowledge of firmware validation methodologies to design and implement effective test strategies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including firmware developers, hardware engineers, and product managers to identify potential issues and drive solutions.
  4. Apply your technical expertise to troubleshoot and debug complex firmware issues, providing detailed analysis and recommendations.
  5. Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of firmware validation projects.
  6. Stay updated on industry advancements and emerging technologies related to firmware validation, and continuously improve processes and methodologies to stay ahead of the competition.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management to provide status updates, highlight potential risks, and propose solutions.
  8. Collaborate with the firmware development team to define and implement test automation strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of validation processes.
  9. Participate in product design reviews and provide feedback on firmware design to ensure testability and quality.
  10. Contribute to the development of new tools and methodologies to streamline the firmware validation process and improve overall product quality.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Firmware Development For Solid-State Drives (Ssd) And Strong Understanding Of The Underlying Hardware Architecture.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As C And Python, As Well As Experience With Scripting Languages And Debugging Tools.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Ssd Validation Methodologies And Experience In Developing Test Plans And Test Cases For Firmware Validation.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Issues And Propose Effective Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team Of Engineers And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Drive Projects To Completion.
