You will be responsible for leading complex HW board design projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion.The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in HW board design and proven leadership capabilities. In addition, you should possess a strong understanding of component selection, PCB layout, and signal integrity. Responsibilities:

1. Lead complex HW board design projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion.
2. Select components, create PCB layouts, and ensure signal integrity.
3. Provide technical guidance and mentor other engineers.
4. Develop and test high-quality HW board designs for Micron products.
5. Design and implement power electronics, power management, and high-speed interfaces.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware board design issues.
7. Utilize industry best practices and standards in all designs.
8. Monitor performance of hardware board designs and evaluate for improvement opportunities.
9. Stay up to date with current trends, technologies, and industry news.
10. Participate in design reviews and provide feedback.
