  4. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HBM technology to inform design decisions.

  7. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers on the team.

  10. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including management and customers.
  11. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  12. Continuously strive for innovation and improvement in HBM design processes and methodologies.
  13. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to incorporate their technology and components into the design.
  14. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks or issues that may impact the project timeline or product quality.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on HBM design, providing technical support and guidance to other teams within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Designing High-Bandwidth Memory (Hbm) Solutions, Including A Deep Understanding Of Hbm Architecture And Specifications.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Hbm Design Projects, With A Strong Portfolio Showcasing Innovative And Efficient Designs.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices Related To Hbm Design, Including Jedec Specifications And Signal Integrity Considerations.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing And Leading A Team Of Engineers In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Other Teams And Stakeholders To Drive Successful Hbm Design Projects.
