Proven Track Record Of Successful Hbm Design Projects, With A Strong Portfolio Showcasing Innovative And Efficient Designs.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices Related To Hbm Design, Including Jedec Specifications And Signal Integrity Considerations.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing And Leading A Team Of Engineers In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
