  1. Process Optimization: Continuously analyze and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

  8. Training: Train and mentor production operators on new processes and equipment to ensure consistent and efficient production.
  9. Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and new technologies, and make recommendations for their implementation in production processes.
  10. Safety: Maintain a safe working environment for all team members by following safety protocols and conducting regular safety audits.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Semiconductor Manufacturing Or Operations.

  • Strong Understanding Of Wafer Fabrication Processes And Equipment.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Problem-Solving Skills.
