- Design and develop highly complex SOC (System-on-Chip) architectures for HBM (High-Bandwidth Memory) technology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and ensure design meets customer and market needs.
- Conduct feasibility studies, design reviews, and performance analysis to identify and resolve potential design issues.
- Utilize industry standard tools and methodologies to ensure efficient and effective design implementation.
- Perform RTL (Register Transfer Level) coding, synthesis, and verification of complex SOC designs.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance.
- Troubleshoot and debug design issues throughout the design process.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in SOC design and HBM technology.
- Contribute to the development of new design methodologies and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to integrate their IP (Intellectual Property) into the overall design.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior members of the team.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including intellectual property and confidentiality guidelines.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to project stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In High-Speed Digital Design, Preferably In Hbm Memory Technology
Proficiency In Verilog, Systemverilog, And Vhdl Hardware Description Languages
Experience With Industry-Standard Design And Verification Tools, Such As Synopsys, Cadence, And Mentor Graphics
Strong Understanding Of High-Speed Memory Interface Protocols, Such As Ddr4, Ddr5, And Hbm2E
