- Conduct thorough analysis of material requirements and make recommendations for optimal sourcing and procurement strategies.
- Develop and maintain accurate and efficient material planning models to support production goals and objectives.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate supply while minimizing excess and obsolete materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and supply chain to forecast material needs and identify potential risks.
- Continuously review and improve material planning processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Communicate regularly with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Respond quickly and effectively to changes in production schedules or material availability.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in materials technology to make informed decisions.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and standards.
- Train and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in material planning.
- Proactively identify and resolve any potential material shortages or delays to minimize production disruptions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of material transactions and inventory levels.
- Participate in regular meetings with management to provide updates on material planning and address any concerns or issues.
- Adhere to strict deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet production timelines.
- Act as a liaison between the company and suppliers, building and maintaining positive relationships.
- Continuously monitor and report on material costs and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.
- Proactively identify and address any potential risks or issues related to material planning.

Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Materials Planning Or Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Semiconductor Industry.
Familiarity With Front End Manufacturing Processes And Supply Chain Requirements.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Relationships With Suppliers.
