- Develop and implement process control systems to optimize manufacturing processes and improve product quality.
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians in the design, testing, and implementation of process control systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes and develop solutions to address them.
- Monitor and analyze data from process control systems to identify trends and make recommendations for adjustments to improve efficiency and quality.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies to continually improve and innovate process control systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in the development and implementation of process control systems.
- Manage the budget and resources for process control system projects.
- Communicate with upper management and stakeholders to provide updates and progress reports on process control system initiatives.
- Train and mentor team members on process control systems and related technologies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing process control systems to optimize performance and enhance product quality.
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Process Control Systems, Preferably In A Semiconductor Manufacturing Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices For Process Control, Including Experience With Scada, Plcs, And Dcs Systems.
Proven Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Issues In A Timely Manner.
