  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve global service delivery processes and ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Lead and manage a team of service delivery professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive high performance and achieve business objectives.
  3. Monitor and analyze service delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of customer issues.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
  6. Conduct regular training and development programs for service delivery team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  7. Develop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) with customers and ensure they are met or exceeded.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in service delivery to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  9. Identify and implement new technologies and tools to enhance service delivery processes and improve customer experience.
  10. Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  11. Manage budget and resources to ensure efficient and cost-effective service delivery operations.
  12. Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.
  13. Represent the company and its service delivery operations in meetings, conferences, and other industry events.
  14. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to service delivery.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork, diversity, and inclusivity.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Management Role, Preferably In Global Service Delivery.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Supply Chain Management And Logistics Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Diverse Team.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions And Implement Efficient Processes.
