Manager - DEG Layout

Micron Technology is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Manager - DEG Layout to join our team and lead our DEG Layout design efforts. Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field• 5+ years of experience in design engineering and layout• Knowledge of industry-standard tools and design flows• Experience leading a team of engineers• Excellent problem-solving skills• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the DEG Layout design efforts and ensure successful execution of projects.
2. Manage a team of engineers and ensure that all projects are completed on time and on budget.
3. Develop and implement design engineering and layout strategies that are innovative and cost-effective.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to DEG Layout designs.
5. Monitor progress of projects and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
6. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure design integrity.
7. Stay up to date on industry-standard tools and design flows.
8. Assist in the training and development of new and existing engineers.
9. Provide technical guidance and assistance when needed.
10. Review and approve DEG Layout designs before submission.
