
Lead Specialist, Performance Management
We are looking for a Lead Specialist, Performance Management to join the Micron Technology team. This role is ideal for a motivated, performance-driven individual who is excited to take the lead in setting high standards for performance and providing innovative solutions to improve the success of the organization.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in performance management, including experience in developing performance improvement plans and evaluating employee performance. They will also have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field and be a certified Human Resources Professional. A strong understanding of change management and process improvement, as well as experience with continuous improvement projects, is also a must.The Lead Specialist, Performance Management will be an organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing and implementing performance management strategies that will increase organizational performance and help the organization meet its goals and objectives. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement performance management strategies to increase organizational performance and meet goals and objectives.
- Develop performance improvement plans and evaluate employee performance.
- Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization.
- Monitor progress of performance improvement projects and provide feedback as necessary.
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees on performance management issues.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to performance management.
- Train and mentor team members in performance management best practices.
- Prepare and present performance management reports to management.
- Participate in the recruitment and selection process of new team members.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in performance management.
