Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Specialist, Performance Management to join the Micron Technology team. This role is ideal for a motivated, performance-driven individual who is excited to take the lead in setting high standards for performance and providing innovative solutions to improve the success of the organization.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in performance management, including experience in developing performance improvement plans and evaluating employee performance. They will also have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field and be a certified Human Resources Professional. A strong understanding of change management and process improvement, as well as experience with continuous improvement projects, is also a must.The Lead Specialist, Performance Management will be an organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing and implementing performance management strategies that will increase organizational performance and help the organization meet its goals and objectives. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement performance management strategies to increase organizational performance and meet goals and objectives.
  2. Develop performance improvement plans and evaluate employee performance.
  3. Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization.
  4. Monitor progress of performance improvement projects and provide feedback as necessary.
  5. Provide coaching and guidance to employees on performance management issues.
  6. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to performance management.
  7. Train and mentor team members in performance management best practices.
  8. Prepare and present performance management reports to management.
  9. Participate in the recruitment and selection process of new team members.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in performance management.
