Lead Specialist, Performance Management

We are looking for a Lead Specialist, Performance Management to join the Micron Technology team. This role is ideal for a motivated, performance-driven individual who is excited to take the lead in setting high standards for performance and providing innovative solutions to improve the success of the organization.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in performance management, including experience in developing performance improvement plans and evaluating employee performance. They will also have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field and be a certified Human Resources Professional. A strong understanding of change management and process improvement, as well as experience with continuous improvement projects, is also a must.The Lead Specialist, Performance Management will be an organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Train and mentor team members in performance management best practices.
8. Prepare and present performance management reports to management.
9. Participate in the recruitment and selection process of new team members.
10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in performance management.
