Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Software Support Or Technical Customer Service.
Strong Knowledge And Experience With Various Operating Systems, Including Windows, Linux, And Macos.
Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Java, C++, And Python.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Skills, With The Ability To Quickly Identify And Resolve Technical Issues In A Timely Manner.
