  15. Act as a subject matter expert for software systems, providing guidance and support to team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Software Support Or Technical Customer Service.

  • Strong Knowledge And Experience With Various Operating Systems, Including Windows, Linux, And Macos.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Java, C++, And Python.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Skills, With The Ability To Quickly Identify And Resolve Technical Issues In A Timely Manner.
