- Develop and implement strategies for efficient and effective EDI, Ecommerce, and Sales operations in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Manage and lead a team responsible for EDI, Ecommerce, and Sales operations, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of EDI, Ecommerce, and Sales processes with other business functions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure timely and accurate exchange of EDI transactions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technological advancements in EDI, Ecommerce, and Sales operations, and make recommendations for implementation.
- Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of EDI, Ecommerce, and Sales systems to ensure uninterrupted operation and data integrity.
- Create and manage budgets for EDI, Ecommerce, and Sales operations, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.
- Develop and implement training programs for employees to ensure understanding and compliance with EDI, Ecommerce, and Sales processes.
- Act as a liaison between the IT department and other departments to ensure alignment of EDI, Ecommerce, and Sales processes with overall business strategy.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, as well as company policies and procedures, related to EDI, Ecommerce, and Sales operations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve EDI, Ecommerce, and Sales processes to drive efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a subject matter expert for EDI, Ecommerce, and Sales operations, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams as needed.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork and professional development within the team.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, staying informed of industry trends and networking with peers and potential partners.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In It Operations Management, Specifically In Edi, Ecommerce, And Sales.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Edi And Ecommerce Systems, Processes, And Protocols.
Experience Managing Teams And Overseeing Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels.
