  1. Oversee the management and maintenance of company's master data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  2. Develop and implement data management strategies and processes to meet business needs and goals.
  3. Manage a team of data analysts and specialists to ensure efficient and effective data management operations.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data management needs and provide solutions.
  5. Monitor and analyze data quality and integrity, and take corrective actions as needed.
  6. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  7. Maintain and update data management policies and procedures.
  8. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  9. Provide regular reports and updates on data management performance and issues to senior management.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data management technologies.
  11. Train and mentor team members on data management processes and best practices.
  12. Work with external vendors and partners to manage data integration and synchronization processes.
  13. Participate in data governance and data architecture discussions.
  14. Serve as a subject matter expert on data management for the company.
  15. Handle any data management-related escalations in a timely and efficient manner.

Job Qualifications

  • Proven Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team To Achieve Project Goals.
