- Install and configure Micron Technology products at customer locations.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Micron Technology products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers.
- Ensure all installations and maintenance are completed to the highest standards and within designated timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all service activities, including equipment inventory, repairs, and replacements.
- Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction with Micron Technology products.
- Stay updated on new products and technologies in the semiconductor industry, and provide recommendations for improvements and upgrades.
- Assist with training and mentoring new IT Field Service Engineers.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while performing job duties.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Relevant Industry Certifications Such As Comptia A+ Or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (Mcse).
Minimum 3-5 Years Of Experience In It Support Or Field Service Engineering.
Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Quickly Diagnose And Resolve Technical Issues.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Clients And Colleagues At All Levels.
