- Perform hands-on technical tasks related to semiconductor technology under the guidance of experienced team members.

Knowledge Of Socamm Process: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Socamm (Silicon On Chip Assembly, Metrology, And Materials) Process, Including Its Principles, Components, And Applications.
Educational Background: A Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For This Position. A Background In Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Or Chemical Engineering Would Be Particularly Relevant.
Familiarity With Industry Standards: The Candidate Should Be Familiar With Industry Standards And Best Practices For Socamm Process, Such As Semi Standards, Iso Standards, And Ipc Standards.
