Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze customer orders and ensure on-time delivery.
  2. Collaborate with order management teams to understand customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  3. Monitor and report on order management performance metrics.
  4. Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive operational excellence.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  6. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  7. Assist with the development and implementation of strategies to improve ordering and delivery processes.
  8. Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer orders and order management performance.
  10. Assist with data analysis and reporting as needed.
