Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize CAD tools and design principles to develop new and innovative solutions for engineering problems.
  2. Maintain a detailed knowledge of current and emerging technologies and trends in the engineering field.
  3. Analyze complex engineering problems and develop innovative solutions to meet customer and organizational requirements.
  4. Work independently and in a collaborative team environment to achieve project goals.
  5. Create detailed technical documents and drawings for engineering projects.
  6. Perform research and development activities as required.
  7. Analyze test data and evaluate results to determine the effectiveness of designs.
  8. Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on design changes.
  9. Develop and document policies and procedures for engineering processes.
  10. Provide support to other departments and personnel as needed.
