Intern - Instrumentation & Controls (I&C)

As an Intern - I&C, you will be responsible for assisting in the development of instrumentation and control systems for our facility. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong technical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills. We want someone who is professional and enthusiastic and who has a strong desire to learn and develop their skills and expertise.We are looking for someone with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. You must also have proven experience in the design, installation, and maintenance of instrumentation and control systems. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.You should be a reliable, self-starter who is proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:

1. Design, install, and maintain instrumentation and control systems.
2. Develop and implement strategies for improving instrumentation and control systems.
3. Analyze data and identify trends to optimize instrumentation and control systems.
4. Work with engineering teams to create solutions to problems related to instrumentation and control systems.
5. Provide technical expertise in the selection, installation, and maintenance of instrumentation and control systems.
6. Ensure compliance with relevant safety and regulatory codes.
7. Monitor and evaluate instrumentation and control systems performance.
8. Train and mentor other team members on instrumentation and control systems.
9. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure instrumentation and control systems are meeting their needs.
10. Troubleshoot and resolve problems with instrumentation and control systems.
