Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies to recruit, retain, and develop talent within the organization.
2. Lead HR operations management, including overseeing the recruitment process, onboarding, and employee relations.
3. Build relationships with employees and managers to promote a positive work environment.
4. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
5. Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees on a variety of HR topics.
6. Conduct employee surveys and analyze data for trends to ensure employee satisfaction.
7. Monitor and analyze employee performance data to identify and address any issues.
8. Support the development of training programs and initiatives.
9. Coordinate and facilitate HR-related activities and programs.
10. Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
