
Intern - HR Business Partnering
At Micron Technology, we are searching for an energetic and ambitious Intern - HR Business Partnering to join our Human Resources team. This role requires a self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for human resources and the ability to work collaboratively with different team members.We are looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and at least two years of experience in HR roles. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and act tactically. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and manage their time effectively to meet deadlines. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to recruit, retain, and develop talent within the organization.
- Lead HR operations management, including overseeing the recruitment process, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Build relationships with employees and managers to promote a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees on a variety of HR topics.
- Conduct employee surveys and analyze data for trends to ensure employee satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze employee performance data to identify and address any issues.
- Support the development of training programs and initiatives.
- Coordinate and facilitate HR-related activities and programs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
