
Intern - HR Business Partnering
At Micron Technology, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Intern - HR Business Partnering to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing Human Resources support to a designated business group. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience in a global, technology-driven company and to build your career in Human Resources.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and 2+ years of professional experience in HR, ideally with a focus on HR Business Partnering. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be highly organized, and have an analytical and solutions-oriented mindset. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about developing their career in HR and who is excited to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Responsibilities:
- Provide HR support to designated business groups.
- Develop and execute strategies for recruitment, onboarding, employee training and development, and performance management.
- Keep up to date on changes in HR policies and regulations and ensure compliance.
- Create and maintain accurate and organized records of employee information.
- Handle employee grievances and other HR-related issues.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze employee surveys, metrics, and trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to engage and retain employees.
- Assist with organizational development initiatives, such as change management, succession planning, job design, and organizational structure.
- Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
