At Micron Technology, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Intern - HR Business Partnering to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing Human Resources support to a designated business group. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience in a global, technology-driven company and to build your career in Human Resources.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and 2+ years of professional experience in HR, ideally with a focus on HR Business Partnering. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be highly organized, and have an analytical and solutions-oriented mindset. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about developing their career in HR and who is excited to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide HR support to designated business groups.
  2. Develop and execute strategies for recruitment, onboarding, employee training and development, and performance management.
  3. Keep up to date on changes in HR policies and regulations and ensure compliance.
  4. Create and maintain accurate and organized records of employee information.
  5. Handle employee grievances and other HR-related issues.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Monitor and analyze employee surveys, metrics, and trends to identify areas for improvement.
  8. Develop and implement strategies to engage and retain employees.
  9. Assist with organizational development initiatives, such as change management, succession planning, job design, and organizational structure.
  10. Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
