  1. Perform regular maintenance and repairs on advanced manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal functioning and reliability.
  2. Troubleshoot issues with instrumentation and control systems, utilizing technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  3. Collaborate with other maintenance team members to identify and implement process improvements.
  4. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  5. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  6. Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues before they result in downtime.
  7. Coordinate with equipment vendors and suppliers to obtain necessary parts and materials for repairs.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies in the field of instrumentation and controls.
  9. Train and mentor junior technicians as needed.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure equipment downtime is minimized.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  12. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  13. Attend training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  14. Participate in equipment installation and commissioning projects.
  15. Collaborate with engineers and other departments to contribute to the development of new equipment and processes.
  16. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  17. Perform other duties as assigned by the maintenance manager.
