  1. Operate and maintain equipment used in the manufacturing processes to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
  3. Continuously monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement process optimizations.
  4. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to develop and implement new processes or improve existing ones.
  5. Follow strict safety protocols and quality standards to ensure a safe and reliable production environment.
  6. Keep detailed records of all production activities and report any deviations from standard procedures.
  7. Train new team members on processes and procedures to ensure consistent and accurate execution.
  8. Proactively identify and address potential issues or risks to prevent production delays or quality defects.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient workflow.
  10. Stay updated on industry advancements and technologies to continuously improve processes and increase efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, Or Equivalent Work Experience.

  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Semiconductor Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In A Process Technician Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Semiconductor Fabrication Processes, Equipment, And Materials.

  • Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Resolving Process-Related Issues.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Environment And Adapt To Changing Priorities And Schedules.
