  1. Perform regular maintenance and repairs on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure efficient and safe operation.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems and develop effective solutions.
  3. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
  4. Monitor and maintain inventory of necessary parts and equipment.
  5. Collaborate with other maintenance team members to complete projects and tasks.
  6. Respond to and resolve any HVAC-related emergencies in a timely manner.
  7. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing maintenance and repairs.
  8. Communicate effectively with management and other team members regarding any issues or concerns.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience With Hvac Systems: Candidates Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience Working With Hvac Systems, Including Installation, Repair, And Maintenance.

  • Technical Knowledge: A Thorough Understanding Of Hvac Principles, Components, And Troubleshooting Techniques Is Essential For This Role. Candidates Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Be Able To Read And Interpret Technical Manuals And Diagrams.

  • Certifications: Candidates Should Hold Relevant Certifications, Such As Epa 608 Universal Certification And Hvac/R Technician Certification, To Demonstrate Their Knowledge And Expertise In The Field.

  • Attention To Detail: Hvac Systems Require Precise Adjustments And Maintenance To Function Properly. Candidates Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Identify And Address Potential Issues Before They Become Major Problems.

  • Physical Fitness: This Job May Require Candidates To Work In Various Weather Conditions And In Confined Spaces. Candidates Should Have The Physical Ability To Climb Ladders, Lift Heavy Equipment, And Perform Other Physically Demanding Tasks.
