- Develop and implement innovative digital designs for high-bandwidth memory (HBM) technology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design requirements and specifications.
- Conduct feasibility studies and performance analysis to ensure design meets product goals.
- Utilize industry standard design tools and methodologies to ensure high-quality and efficient designs.
- Continuously research and stay updated on the latest advancements in HBM technology.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in designs and provide timely resolutions.
- Conduct thorough design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Develop and maintain design documentation, including specifications, test plans, and reports.
- Assist in the validation and characterization of HBM products.
- Identify and implement design improvements to enhance product performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Stay current with industry trends and developments, and proactively suggest new ideas and solutions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure designs meet all quality and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments to ensure project success.
- Participate in project planning and provide regular updates on design progress and challenges.
- Mentor and train junior engineers to promote knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Digital Design For High-Bandwidth Memory (Hbm) Technology.
Proficiency In Hardware Description Languages (Hdl) Such As Verilog And Systemverilog.
Strong Understanding Of Memory Architecture And Design Principles.
Experience With Industry-Standard Design And Verification Tools, Such As Cadence Or Synopsys.
