  1. Develop and implement innovative digital designs for high-bandwidth memory (HBM) technology.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design requirements and specifications.
  3. Conduct feasibility studies and performance analysis to ensure design meets product goals.
  4. Utilize industry standard design tools and methodologies to ensure high-quality and efficient designs.
  5. Continuously research and stay updated on the latest advancements in HBM technology.
  6. Troubleshoot and debug issues in designs and provide timely resolutions.
  7. Conduct thorough design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  8. Develop and maintain design documentation, including specifications, test plans, and reports.
  9. Assist in the validation and characterization of HBM products.
  10. Identify and implement design improvements to enhance product performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  11. Stay current with industry trends and developments, and proactively suggest new ideas and solutions.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure designs meet all quality and safety standards.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments to ensure project success.
  14. Participate in project planning and provide regular updates on design progress and challenges.
  15. Mentor and train junior engineers to promote knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Digital Design For High-Bandwidth Memory (Hbm) Technology.

  • Proficiency In Hardware Description Languages (Hdl) Such As Verilog And Systemverilog.

  • Strong Understanding Of Memory Architecture And Design Principles.

  • Experience With Industry-Standard Design And Verification Tools, Such As Cadence Or Synopsys.
