  1. Design and develop high-bandwidth memory (HBM) solutions in collaboration with the design team.
  2. Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements and trends in memory technology.
  3. Analyze customer requirements and translate them into design specifications.
  4. Utilize industry-standard design tools and methodologies to create HBM designs.
  5. Perform simulations and tests to ensure the functionality and performance of the designs.
  6. Identify and troubleshoot any design issues and propose solutions to overcome them.
  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams such as product development, validation, and manufacturing to ensure timely and successful product launches.
  8. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to source necessary components for the HBM designs.
  9. Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and team members.
  10. Continuously improve and optimize HBM designs to enhance performance and reduce costs.
  11. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  12. Communicate progress and updates on projects to management and stakeholders.
  13. Stay updated on market trends and customer needs to drive innovation in HBM design.
  14. Participate in industry conferences and events to showcase Micron's HBM technology and stay connected with the industry.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hbm (High Bandwidth Memory) Design.

  • Proficiency In Industry Standard Eda Tools Such As Cadence, Synopsys, And Mentor Graphics.

  • Strong Understanding Of Dram And Memory Architecture, Including Ddr, Lpddr, And Gddr.

  • Experience With Simulation And Verification Methodologies, Including Verilog, Systemverilog, And Uvm.
