
Facility System Engineer (Regular/Mixed Shift)

- Develop and implement facility system plans and strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of facility systems to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new facility systems and upgrades.
- Analyze data and troubleshoot issues to optimize and improve the performance of existing facility systems.
- Monitor and maintain facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs.
- Create and maintain documentation and records of facility systems, including maintenance schedules, procedures, and budgets.
- Train and support facility staff on the proper use and maintenance of facility systems.
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in facility systems technology to make recommendations for improvement.
- Serve as a technical resource for facility system-related inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions.
- Participate in project planning and budgeting processes for facility system-related projects.
- Collaborate with other engineers and departments to support the continuous improvement of facility systems and processes.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company's values while interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Facilities Engineering, Preferably In A Manufacturing Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Mechanical, Electrical, And Plumbing Systems, Including Hvac And Fire Protection.
Proficiency In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software And Building Automation Systems.
Ability To Work Flexible Shifts, Including Nights And Weekends, To Support 24/7 Operations.
