- Conduct capacity modeling for facilities and utilities systems to identify potential areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency and meet business needs.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and proactively address potential issues.
- Perform regular audits and assessments of facilities and utilities systems to ensure reliability and compliance with standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain documentation and procedures related to capacity modeling and optimization.
- Make recommendations for equipment upgrades or replacements to improve performance and efficiency.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives related to facilities and utilities systems.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders and management.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to facilities and utilities systems.
- Train and mentor team members on capacity modeling and optimization techniques.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source and implement new technologies and equipment.
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Assist with budget planning and forecasting for facilities and utilities systems.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess and maintain the condition and functionality of facilities and utilities systems.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing job duties.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Capacity Modeling For Facilities And Utilities In A Semiconductor Manufacturing Environment.
Proficient In Using Capacity Modeling Software Such As Sematech's Fabsim Or Kla's E3.
Strong Understanding Of Cleanroom Design And Layout, Hvac Systems, And Utility Infrastructure.
Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams To Develop And Implement Capacity Plans For Future Production Needs.
