  1. Design and implement warehouse automation processes to improve overall efficiency and accuracy.
  2. Troubleshoot and maintain automated systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation needs and develop solutions to optimize warehouse operations.
  4. Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  5. Train and mentor team members on the proper use and maintenance of automated systems.
  6. Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols for all automated processes.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation for all automation processes, including standard operating procedures and maintenance logs.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automation technology to drive innovation within the warehouse.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert for all warehouse automation operations, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
  10. Contribute to the development of budget plans and cost-saving strategies related to warehouse automation.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience In Operating And Troubleshooting Warehouse Automation Systems, Such As Automated Guided Vehicles (Agvs), Automated Storage And Retrieval Systems (Asrs), And/Or Conveyor Systems.

  • Proficiency In Reading And Interpreting Technical Drawings, Schematics, And Manuals Related To Warehouse Automation Equipment.

  • Knowledge Of Warehouse Inventory Systems And Processes, Including Inventory Management And Control.

  • Ability To Perform Routine Maintenance And Repairs On Warehouse Automation Equipment, Including Mechanical, Electrical, And Electronic Components.

  • Understanding Of Safety Protocols And Procedures Related To Operating And Maintaining Warehouse Automation Equipment.
